my mum too owns all her fences(end terrace), her house is an ex authority house and her neighbour is not, the council replaced the boundry fences between the back gardens and removed her side fence. my mum was not happy as she had a 6 foot fence there and they replaced it with a 4 foot one-her neighbour is a CHAV!! she wrote to the council with an invoice for storing the fence and a threat to sue the council with theft of her old ones, they were replaced within 24 hours!! got to be the fasted the council have ever moved!!
my front fences on either side are not mine and yet the back walls are both mine. very odd
anyway all the fences may be yours or none of them i would check your deeds with the bank
  • All three fences are mine, theres an old rusty bit of wire the other side of them which is the boundary line, neighbours most delighted to tell me I owned them - had worked that out already as could see original boundary line. However I may replace them with something other than six foot panels and if they want to put panels up their side they can have the expense. It cost me a fortune last time.
