    From what I hear PIP will have a totally different set of criteria compared to DLA.

    In which case NO DLA award will be safe no matter what band they are in.
    Medicals will be carried out similar to ESA and it will be a points based system.
    There will be regular reviews for all.

    Oh, does this mean claimants who are "creative" when filling out their DLA claim form will be rumbled?

    All those of 'working age' will come under the new Personal Independence Payment and this will continue after retirement, according to Maria Miller, the Minister responsible for disabled people.

    I can't see the currently retired, in receipt of DLA, AA, being reviewed, the queues would be far too long and there wouldn't be enough toilets.
