    do how do you know you have fitted it correctly, their should be installation instructions
  • There are actually very few parts to a washing machine and to be hones my experience of mechanics and engineering in itself (without qualifications) are enough to allow me to complete the majority of complex tasks without so much as a sniff of a problem. This is the first time in 20 years that I have ever had a vendor not be 100% witha customer.

    The waranty maybe void but you still have rights under SOGA. I guess it would make things easier if its under 6 months old?
  • Drum is less than 3 weeks old, never actually been able to complete a wash with it as has always been leaking.
