Screwfix Direct Trade Counter Canterbury

Options
Hi to all.
Sorry if wrong place but a quick question.
There is a new screw fix direct trade counter opening in Canterbury and I want to know if you have to be trade to buy from them. I know I have ordered before on the web site but face to face do they want a member of the trade??
Confused

No need to be a memeber, u can just walk in and buy, you put your numbers on an order form, hand it in and they bring the stuff out, (silimar to argos)
they even have a free coffee machine while you wait.

Please can you tell me where this is - I live near Canterbury and have only ever ordered online from Screwfix. It would be great to be able to pick stuff up instead.

Also - are the trade prices lower than online/catalogue?

it's not open yet (next week i think) but it's down cotton road in wincheap trading estate.
I dont know about prices but it's going to be more convenient for me!
    Hope this helps

I go to my local one quite often, and you do have to register as trade - but i just filled in the form as self-employed. next time you go, you do just fill in the order form as at argos, but you need to give them your house no and postcode to find your membership number on the screen.

prices are normally the same - except that they don't stock the sale items that the screwfix catalogue offers.

No you don't. They just keep a record to allocate you a customer number which they re-use when you return. You probably get sent a catalogue when each new one comes out.
Main advantage is no minimum order, so you avoid the postage costs, opening hours comparable to the "Sheds", and free coffee machine. Disadvantage is the queue when it's busy and yes it's like the builders merchant equivalent of Argos.

Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
