They do great mark-downs at our local M&S. Same as others have said, yellow labels on the items, and dotted around the store - ie: in where it would have been at full price, rather than all reduced bits together in one place.0

My local seems to reduce by 25-50% early afternoon, then any of this not sold seems to get removed by the staff pretty quickly! I have never known anything be reduced to 10p
