Any hotels, B&B's near Brixton Clubhouse?

Hi. Can someone please tell me if Brixton Clubhouse, London is near a tube station, and also if there are any hotels/B&B's nearby.
Failing that, which area should I be looking to stay?

It's about 30 meters from Brixton |Tube Station (Victoria Line), turn left out of the tube station and it's by KFC
