What is stoozing?

Sorry to seem stupid, but I've been reading lots of posts and people keep mentioning 'Stoozing' - I have no idea what it means.

I (think) I know what it is - but can't explain it!

You may not be disciplined enough, but it does look like your self-assessment skills are pretty good, considering you haven't decided to give it a go, only to actually lose out later...

Don't lose heart, pick up the best cashback card and use it to make money...
