People RARELY say anything when everything goes to plan and no problems are had, hell most people don't even post anything when they receive outstanding service, but WOE BETIDE those retailers who post something out and royal mail steps on their cats tail, those retailers are in for a hastily typed out internet post blaming them.
I think 3 emails and a phone call to Aria over more than 3 weeks for a refurb product sold as new is pretty patient and not hasty and I wasn't going to name and shame them at first if you read my first post. It wouldn't have even got to a forum post if they had responded to me so they only have themselves to blame, my last email finished with the line:
"please respond in anyway even just a holding email so I know you are even reading this" Response.....silence!
Thanks for all the other responses and I will email the owner directly as suggested.0 -
You'd see I was posting to bod1467 where he brought up two forum posts in as many months and my reply was a light hearted attack on the fact that you are more likely to post something against a company then not.
Also send recorded delivery instead of email, if they still don't respond send a better before action.0 -

for most companies I would say thats true
but aria has been good for resolving peoples issues personally if they contact him on twitter.
every company has problems its how they deal with them that matters0 -
It was a long time ago (6+ years) but I bought a 19" CRT monitor from Aria. When it arrived I tested it but it wouldn't stay on - kept going into standby mode (as if there was no video signal). I raised an RMA, they arranged for a new monitor to be sent to me and the faulty one collected at the same time, and this was all within a couple of days from raising the RMA. Excellent service.0
