I spent £1000 on dresses etc that were not in tne sale and mine has been cancelled as well. It says they have cancelled all orders where it has taken off £25 more than once as it was an error. There is no option to rebuy etc which is odd.

Yep , the only thing I can think of is it wasn't meant to be used on sale items or they have had second thoughts about letting the lower priced items go for free / a fiver , so NOW are going to fix it so it won't work on the sale items!

It don't work on accessories either & I don't know how much the cheapest non sale item is on there but not worth it for the majority of us I should imagine! :mad:

Not impressed! I put an order in for my mum and myself and both have been cancelled! I ordered first thing Saturday morning! Poor customer service from a supposedly superior company.

Should be ok on sale items as t&c on voucher state: "...valid on full and reduced-price womenswear and menswear clothing, bags and shoes (excluding gifts, jewellery and socks)..."

I just had a look on the site to see if the code would now work and this is what it says

I'm sorry but the Telegraph voucher promotion has been cancelled online due to technical issues. The voucher can now only be redeemed in a Jaeger store or selected concession (not Outlets)

No more online codes from Jaeger from now on I should imagine! ... Good thing I got my purse & toiletries from the last £20 off voucher & they certainly weren't free either as paid a fair bit on top plus it was £6.50 for delivery back then!!! :eek:

I'm not going to be shopping there any time soon at their prices if ever at all tbh!!!!!!

Just had despatch e-mail from Jaegar - one item (sale satin bow purse 25.00) delivered for 4.00 but 2nd order (different e-mail address) for 3 x shirts cancelled.

Doesn't seem to be any logic ??? Hope some others get their orders !

I did ok from their last offer, but the jewlery was very poor quality, primani is just as good , and like i said in a earlier post, Mr P said the shirts where not as good as his Matalan work shirts, and they where difficult to iron, shame for the people who missed out but i dont think you missed much,do people really pay their full asking prices !??!
but do agree they should have let people use it once , onto the next bargain folks

They seem to merge accounts for the same address.
