Thing is , say you bought the Telegraph , got the code from it , ordered just ONE item with the code - Why would they then cancel the order as which T&C have you broke?

( Was it not meant to work on sale items? )

Or is the ''problem'' they are fixing just the fact that it took it off more than one item , so did the people who are having their orders honoured order just the one item??

AND will all the cancelled stuff come back in stock on the website as nothings hardly in stock now anyway.....

oh I see now , they have cancelled them because the code took off £25 multiple times and its meant to be one per order on T&C

Its such a pity as has been such a frustrating offer as obviously some ordered tons of stuff which has now not been honoured so stock went really quickly on website whereas if it only took one code per person lots more people would have at least been able to get one item each so we'd all be happy

Plus then they wouldn't have this whole mess to sort out so its down to them to sort out the tech issues with the code for it to only accept it once in the first place

Must say though if everyone DID stick to the t&c's and order just one item each in the first place it would have saved alot of hassle as well ... But people are never going to do that , thats not going to happen as everyone went mad for the free or £5 stuff and now its not being honoured as it was one per person all along!!!

I just wanted one shirt for my SIL and would have been well happy with that!! ( or a make up bag for myself if it had worked on accessories! lol )

Lets see what happens now then when they re-instate the code!...

Urk. Hope they're not cancelling all of the orders, only ordered one thing and bought other things to go with it from other shops which will be a pain if I can't get that same item on the offer in my budget.

Told me once code is sorted it will become available again. But not sure if it was ever meant to work on sale item?!
