Costco :)

Thought I'd just put in a good word for Costco as had a good experience of their refund policy last week.

Went shopping there on a Friday but I didn't check the receipt until the Saturday when I spotted that they had charged me twice for something. I phoned them up as soon as I spotted, not really expecting to get any positive news as I hadn't checked before leaving the store, and was told that they would put a note on my membership record and to go to the customer services desk next time I was there to get a refund. As I was passing it the next day I popped in to get my refund, and they processed it without any questions!

I've had a couple of good experiences of Costco's customer service, its a shame not all companies are so good.
