East Midlands Trains £10 voucher - Not so good!!

After seeing the offer on the main home page to get £10 off travel to London, I thought I would use this for my mum and sisters journey to see me.
After giving your email address and name they send you an email with the code to get the discount. You have to use the link within the email and go through the all the info online as usual to book.
As I was going to book two journeys (one for each of them) I thought I would make a saving of £20 (£10 each) I was wrong.
Firstly you have have to book your tickets separately to each get a discount (so cant sit together) and you can only use postal service with this particular promotion which is £6 next day delivery. Very annoying how you cant choose to collect tickets!!
In the end I used one code to book both sets of tickets as it was more important that they sit together. I was forced to pay for postage (as collect is not an option)
Overall I feel 'what a con' I thought i would save £20 but only saved a mere £4!!!

Would not be as mad if I could have chosen to collect tickets!!
