Scottish Power - refunds after account closed
Please don't forget your refunds when you leave Scottish Power. my final invoices said I needed to take no further action, and my mother got her refund from E-on in under a month.
So after almost THREE months I contacted Scottish Power and they have have replied that my account is closed with £11.55 credit, and they will send me a cheque in 14 days.
So, I wouldn't have got it if I hadn't asked.
AND, they have totally forgot about the £29.95 in my gas account, so I now have to contact them about that.
I can't express my contempt for this company in polite language, sorry.
