ESA and being a student please help??

Hi all,

I was wandering whether someone in here is claming ESA and they are in full time education as i am not sure if i am entitled to ESA. I Currently get DLA LRM and HRC i am getting income support at the moment but its stopping due to my age, i originally made a claim for income support on the basis of me being in full time education not due to illness.

Any advice help appriciated

Thanks

You can claim Income Related ESA if you are in full time education so long as you are also in receipt of DLA.

    Normal income rules apply.
