Kitchen fitter in Newcastle/Northumberland?

Everyone says the only way to find a good tradesman is word-of-mouth but not knowing many people in the area that have had a new kitchen fitted recently makes that a bit difficult.

Can anyone recommend a good fitter/joiner in the Newcastle/South Northumberland area? Experience with Ikea kitchens would be useful.

I've used rated people 2 times now. It's very straighforwards, you post up what you want doing and a budget, and get calls back from interested tradespeople. It's nice as you don't waste time ringing round, and only available people actually interested in the job you're advertising contact you. If they're keen enough to pay to access your contact details, then they're keen enough to come and quote and then actually do the work!
I Posted an advert for a kitchenfitter at 4pm Thursday, had 3 calls by Thursday night, 2 quotes by this morning and I've got a guy starting week after next.
You can check unedited feedback of previous work too.

If you're short on personal recommendations, or need work doing quickly, this is the next best thing I reckon.

Thanks, seen a few of these types of site but didn't know which (if any) was worth a go. Tried something similar (shiply) when looking for removal men and it was useless.

Posted the job on rated people so let's see how it goes.
