New Bankruptcy Board

Toto wrote:I don't know about a new board. Sometimes people come here thinking bankruptcy is their only option, once they post they realise there are many alternatives and they choose another route. I'm not suggesting for a minute my bankrupt friends would not give the newbies the best advice or try to sway them in favour of bankruptcy, it's just I think that if the newbies come and get to read other stories for themselves on the main debt free board it would be more helpful.
I know the bankruptcy threads often get a bit heated, but isn't it better that they get heated with the rest of the sensible DFWs around? Those threads will still get the same anti-bankruptcy stalkers but fewer of the rest of us will be around to offer alternative opinions.
Also I don't want you taking my bankrupt friends away!:rotfl: because they might not let me on their shiny new board.

What bothers me about bankruptcy is the fact this is a very specialised area that not very many people fully understand, including solicitors, accountants and even insolvency practitioners.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
