Unexpected praise for Seetickets

Late on last Tuesday evening I purchased tickets online for an event tomorrow. Whilst looking at the differing descriptions of tickets I'd obviously added 2 sets of 4 tickets (each set at a different level/price) and whilst I'd been looking at the small print at checkout I'd not noticed the total.

Once I received the confirmation email I noticed the mistake and dropped an message on their online 'contact us' page fully expecting to hear nothing more and to put it down to experience (or try and sell the on).

Suprisingly yesterday I got a voicemail confirming they'd cancelled the full transaction and reissued a new set of 4 tickets which were emailed to me yesterday pm.

Considering it was my mistake and some of the poor feedback I've read of them it was a genuinely pleasant surprise for me.

Hope others in a similar situation have as good a response in future
