That's terrible news! a lot of older dogs wont get insured else where.0

presumably for those who need constant care the premiums will reflect the this and will be the cost of the care in addition to whatever the normal premium would be plus some profit/risk for the insurance company.
Given how enthusiastic insurance companies are about risk I suspect you going to have to put the premium into the bank every month and self insure.
Would it be worth talking to your vet to see if they can arrange something?0
