Arg...
Rant alert!
I can't believe how stupid I am.
I'm usually quite on the ball about these things but I've just noticed Talktalk charging me £2.55 + vat per month for a service that is essentially free under another name.
I'm talking about Privacy pack. It's free but if you have caller display (the same thing) it isn't free.
?????
Ok, I'm stupid for only noticing now but why be dishonest and unethical as a company for having the same service under two names one of which is chargeable and one that isn't?
And why didn't they tell me?
Furthermore, I have a vague memory that I may even have opted out of the chargeable one, but I can't be sure (I must be losing it).
Crying over £80.....
I wonder if I can challenge this.... Hmmm
