you don't say if you are working or not, if you are then find a B&B until you can save a bit
if not, go to your local council. they probably won't be able to rehouse you but, if they deem you to be 'vulnerable' they may find a hostel or B&B place for you.0

Go to the local council offices. They'll have contact details for the local hostels and shelters, and may have temporary emergency accommodation. You can also make a homeless application through the council for housing providing you can prove that you are not homeless intentionally.
If the council fail to help, contact local hostels yourself, or try Shelter.0

If you are being treated for clinical depression and have a social worker/care worker attached to your care, then ask them to write a note for you to take with you to the council...it sometimes helps to spped the process.0

just started on jsa a few weeks ago. would a crisis loan be available for first months rent and deposit?0

Please go immediately to your local council and register as homeless.
Different councils have different strategies in place for helping. Lots of councils have a rent bond scheme where they guarantee the deposit for landlords (no money actually changes hand). Also they may have a list of landlords who accept HB.
You need to put in a claim for Housing Benefit (Housing Allowance if you rent from a private landlord) and CTB. If you are on income based JSA you are automatically entitled to full HB and CTB.
You can look up your Housing Allowance on the councils website and whether they have a rent bond scheme.
You do not say how old you are. This will make a difference to whether you will be entitled to the shared rate of HA or the 1 bedroomed rate.
 Where are you staying now?
If you are still with your sister it will help if your sister can write a letter to say that you can no longer stay there. This is important because some councils will be very slow to help until you are literally homeless (terrible I know).
There are also some agencies that will help homeless people eg Porchlight. The council should provide you with these details.
Council is the first port of call.0
