Does this seem about right? Crazy rices/crazy discounts , but any likely reductions available? First time Kitchen buyer and this is worse than buying a second hand car... just don't want to feel ripped off at the end of it all!!.... Any other sources for the 800 cutlery drawer, seems excessive price for what it is, but other half insists on it (given that we opted to pass on drawer units, maybe not much option?).

I think you've done prettywell there.See if you can get them to throw the handles in for free, otherwise I'd gowith it. They can't discount worktops as much as units, so that makes sense to me.

Seems on a par with the discounts I obtained for my howdens kitchen. Ultimately the only way you're going to drive down costs further is to spend more, and buy more kitchens from them!
I know the appliances are silly prices at List, but check them out post discount. They discount them 70%-80% as part of a kitchen, even for a first time buyer.
Do check everything is exactly what you want before comitting!

BE AWARE! Last week I wanted to buy a set of door hinges for the door that cover the washing machine tho replace the ones I have. They charge around £90 and give you a 20% 'discount' which means that the hinges will cost around £70. Two door hinges. £70.
