Started a uni couse today - this is going to be an expensive week.
Train fare £2.60, 2 coffees £2, salad for lunch £1.60, bottle of diet coke 95p.
    Total £7.05
Usually will be there 1 day a week but this week it's mon-fri. Cafe in uni is quite expensive - no wonder students end up with huge debts.

Spending that I will track on my siggy:
    99p sudoku puzzle book

    Additional spending:
£4.50 postage and bubble envelopes, which comes out of the ebay category on the budget.

Spending I'm going to do tomorrow that wasn't budgeted for:
A friend was telling me about their cat being lost and caught in a barbed wire fence. Someone found it and called out a vet and the cat was at the vet for several days before the friend found out... total bill £1000! So I said something about microchipping and how that wouldn't have kept the cat from getting lost and hurt, but would have saved several days of boarding fees, as the vet would have been able to contact them right away... and that reminded me that my dog's microchip has not yet been registered with petlog! So if my dog got lost, they would read the chip, but the number wouldn't have a database entry telling them how to find me! So I shall be calling them first thing tomorrow to register my dog and well worth the £15! And idiot me for not doing it two years ago when the dog first came in the country!

Nipped into Asda with the aim of getting some washing powder and light bulbs. Came out £20 lighter. Must try harder!

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
