Morning folks....
I have just recieved Martins newsletter stating that Bank charges are unlawful.
Does anyone know if this is a statement or is it now 'against' the law??

They've been unlawful for years. It is only in the past year or so that people have realised, and started claiming them back. The banks are paying people their charges back rather than go to court to defend them (they know they stand a very good chance of losing in court). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
