hi everyone, just a quick question.
If you have been with rbs for 8 years, royalties gold account, average current account balance of £4500 and £15000 in rbs savings and an income of £30000 a year even though don't match written criteria would they ever upgrade the account to a black account? seem to remember reading somewhere that they do.

Very unlikely, you are quite far off the criteria so it wouldn't be a simple case of getting around it. I used to work for NW who had an identical account and it was always quite difficult to get upgraded.0

You can always attempt to upgrade online the worst they can do is knock you back.
