Capital One Identity Alert - Equifax

Just wondering if anybody else here uses the free Equifax membership from Capital One? They are supposed to give me 2 free credit reports per year. It's been over a year now and I should be due another free report but for some reason it is saying I need to pay £5.99. Can anybody help with this?

Loging and goto the "My Account" then "Order history".
This should show your anniversary date (by the Identity Alert product). What does it say?
Perhaps you haven't got to the date yet.

14th October is the date. That was 1 week ago, how long does it take to reset? I assumed it would let me get another free report on that date?

No it has a price of £6.99 for the credit score. It also has a price of £5.99 for the report which should be free. Maybe I should contact them to ask just thought maybe there was something I was missing.

Just checked mine and it wants me to pay as well. Though today (22nd) seems to be my anniversary date (I assume just from Capital One and not any trial I had before registering?) so I guess it may update on the next business day.

I did read something about them withdrawing it but I haven't been told anything by Capital One.

In the past for me it's resets every year and the free reports are then available again.
I haven't monitored it on a daily basis though so I don't know if there is a time lag or whether they have withdrawn it.
I actually closed my CapOne card in 2008, but it's carried on running.
