Hi there - I was wondering if anyone could help me with a question that I have please? I recently sold a pair of shoes which were delivered safely and buyer got back to me saying they really love them but slightly too big. I said no problem, just send them back to me to which they then replied asking if it was alright to keep them until the weekend when they would look for insoles and see if that helped. I said fine and since then have heard nothing from the buyer which seemed a bit strange but I just thought, oh well she must want to keep them. Today for some reason I got it into my head to check what the buyer was selling herself and lo and behold there are the shoes up for sale - I have NO problem with this, good luck to her but my question is, if she doesn't manage to sell the shoes, can she still send them back to me for a refund? She paid for the shoes on 3rd October, how long would she have to ask for a refund? Thanks

Well, that would work if she wasn't selling them for way more than she bought them for and am not sure that they will sell at all!!! Will just have to wait and see......0

this happens all the time, buyers will troll ebay like they troll car boots looking for bargains and then just resell them at a far higher price they paid. i would message back the buyer saying " i see you decided to keep the shoes and try and resell them yourself on ebay" and see what response you get back if any.0
