do they ever take them back for mistakes?

the reason i ask is i bought a ps3 last month giving me 448 pts
1 of the discs that came with it was faulty so they said they would just send out a replacement disc to save packing up all the order,
but they sent out another ps3!!

i took out the disc and arranged for the extra ps3 to be collected (which has) but just noticed on my clubcard account they have added not 1 but 2 more sets of points, in fact 2 X 458 pts :j

now i never expected to be gifted a £200+ console, but i'm not going to say owt about £9 worth of free points

I believe they do it if you return something as a refund so yes they may well take the points back although i cant see the point as only worth £9.

They have been known to remove points at a later date, but I would hope that given your record of honesty with them (rare in these parts!) they would allow you to keep them anyway.

If it helps, CC points cost Tesco around 30p for every £1, so they are not costing them a great deal.
