Amazon and Vtec - PRAISE

Bought a couple of Vtec Kiddizoom Cameras from Amazon back in June. Recently they both developed different faults. Emailed Amazon, who replied within the hour saying they would be happy to help, but as a first port of call, had I tried contacting Vtech Technical Support to see if the issues could be resolved. If I got nowhere with that get back in touch and they'd sort something out - seemed a reasonable suggestion.
So, emailed Vtech technical support. Again, got a reply within the hour saying that I could either get in touch with Amazon to request replacements, or send them direct to Vtech and they would take a look.
So within a couple of hours I had both the retailer and the manufacturer falling over themselves to help.
I chose to send them direct to Vtech and 5 days later two brand spanking new cameras turn up. In fact, they have even replaced them with the newer model. Kids are delighted.
Well done to both Amazon and Vtech - customer service as it should be.
