Have any one used this GHD website??

HI,
My Mum brought a GHD Straighteners from this website called " ghd the official supplier "
and is now worried as she have not revieced them yet. There was no comfirmation email after she brought them, but they have taken the money out.
Have to try to contact them but still no reply, can only contact them via email there is no phone number.
can any one help please

Go on to the GHD website and check out the web address to see if it's a genuine seller.

we did after the mother in law bought the ghd product money was taken no email sent as reciet for the money and still waiting a reply and no contact tel number on the website not a good story i,m afraid

How did your mum pay - if by Visa / Visa Debit she may be able to do a charge back

What is the website address? I have googled ghd the offical supplier but can't see one that seems similar?

Hi thanks all she paid by credit card and it was under 100 pounds so can she get it back ? website is coming up now with
Bad Request (Invalid Hostname) what you make of this ? cheers all

re getting the money back she should as the card issuer, why on earth did she not use a reputable seller, if it looks too good to be true then it is.
