Tesco Value Cornbeef

First of all, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, however i personally think this is VERY good value. The Tesco Value Cornbeef tins are now priced just £1.38. I've bought some not long ago and it was priced £2.00 or £1.99. Not sure if this is just a one off or they have reduced the price permanent. Hope it helps…

I always buy the Aldi tinned corned beef. Last time I bought it a couple of weeks ago it was £1.39 - almost no fat or jelly on the outside either and no gristle in the meat! It is usually Hunters brand, but sometimes it is something like Pampolina... Both seem the same to me when you open the tin.
