Thanks Amersall, I certainly will,Can't see anyone that's had any success with reclaiming it anywhere, but I won't give up yet ;)The FOS is doing DH ppi for loans.co.uk claim as well now, actually quite relieved for it to be out of my hands now because I've been messed about so much by both of them. Lloyds and MBNA have been a walk in the park compared to these two. Saying that Loans.co.uk is MBNA!!

I'll be honest, i've just not got round to doing anything with my Vanquis complaint yet, but not massively encouraging to hear your news. I may save the £10 & wait. and just go straight to FOS then

Hi, has anyone got any updates on this subject, I too find myself waiting for vanquis to provide evidence that I accepted the ROP over then phone. I remember receiving a number of calls and I always said NO thanks. I know find they have been taking a fee for a service I didn't request, but when I called a very rude women said I did accept. She offered my two months refund to make it go away. I refused, they owe me 12 months, she said "then you will get nothing" I'm now waiting for 58 days.

Financial Ombudsman have just called me to say that they Vanquis has supplied t's & c's, telephone script and the fact that it was on my monthly statement so I wont be getting anything back
