try going into control panel then internet options and delete files under temporay internet files (make sure internet explorer is closed) then retry..maybe a corrupt file in ther doing it

if that does not work then go into internet explorer then tools and options...click on the security tab and then trusted sites and add ebuyer ..see if that does it

if it is still happening are you using a router ?? might be the caching on that needs clearing

I hope I'm not seeming to be rude but isn't it Ebuyer.co.uk not E-buyer?
Down south where, unfortunately, the government does remember us.

    Actually, it's: http://www.ebuyer.com

And although it's pretty slow for me tonight, it IS working. Pinging the site also gets pretty poor results at the moment, so something along the line IS heavily loaded.

It may be that your browser is timing out as the site is taking so long to respond, or your ISP's DNS resolution is down for some reason.

    Try this address: http://213.232.80.131

I am having a bit of trouble occasionally when I cannot connect to the internet, and have to reboot. Maybe this would help? Thank you............
