Remanufactured ink cartridges

I would like to hear from anybody owning a HP deskjet printer if they have ever used cheaper ink cartridges and in that case, which ones they would recommend. I am a member of "Which?" but could only find general advice on the matter.
Many thanks.
Many thanks.

You could check amazon to see if they have any offers on genuine ones
If you check for compatibles, most have user reviews which are useful, even if you do not get them from there

Another option is to use a supplier with a guarantee

Maybe you could support your local cartridge refilling shop if you have one locally, there are plenty about, rather than support an internet supplier. Most HP cartridges refill easily and work well, the only ones that are a problem are cartridge No.s 364, 920 and 940 and these are Photosmart and Officejet cartridges.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

Thanks Santer. I have done that. Always do it. No reviews, except for the original one, and not very informative. I have no time for cartridge refill at the moment and also heard from a colleague, some time ago, that it was a mess and he would not do it anymore (although I believe he was talking about a refill kit)...0

I use refresh but for a different printer.
Thay have a refill by post option for most HP Printers, though it could be worth checking if the price of £7 for black and £9 for colour includes XL cartridges, if so, worth getting some to have them refilled when empty

They also supply genuine and compatibles inks0 -
Thanks. I do not have time for that though... will bear it in mind for next time.0

Choice Stationery offer a range of printer compatible inkjet cartridges under the 'think' brand, that I can recommend.
