Downhill? I turned 50 last year and things just keep getting better. Kids either not at home or paying rent, doing a job I like rather than trying to "further my career", generally having less worries. Welcome to the club!
    Can I help?

Hey, happy birthday, as for freebies, nothing whatsoever.

You have at least another 10 years to wait for any.

    Have a lovely day.

And wait at least 16 more years for your retirement pension - unless they shift the date again :lipsrseal

I just find it a bit sad that someone two thirds (or so) through their working life expects freebies. Happy birthday, by the way.
The only thing that is constant is change.
  • You can go to an "Over 50s" Insurance company and supposedly get a better deal. I find Castle Insurance is the best for me- both Saga and RIAS were more expensive than ordinary insurers!

Happy Birthday youngster....Freebies you now get to pontificate and say things were a lot different in your day....

Depends on how old you look, my dad started pretending to be a pensioner and had the old peoples special cheap fish and chips at the cafe in town. He just ruined the perks of being 65, lol

Happy Birthday for a few days ago, didn't see the thread.

    xx
