Hi, after finding this website and reading up on ppi, I feel that I have a claim.
We had two loans with them and both times they said that the loan had more chance of being accepted if we took ppi. We had tried other loan companies and they kept sending us to them due to our poor credit rating.
Anyway, I phoned them up last week and got our agreement numbers and the amount of ppi we took(scary) and then sent them the fos form.
We received a letter today regarding phone call and to find attached fos form, no form attached!! just someone elses final response letter. You dont have to wonder with this comapny when they broke dpa by doing this.
Im so looking forward to contacting them to inform them and see what they have to say!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi
Was it Welcome that sold/set up both loans?
Whoever set up your loans is the ones you pursue, so for example, if Welcome set up the first one, they may have been the lender as well, or passed you on to a lender.
And the 2nd loan, was that also arranged by Welcome?
If this is the case, they business are in default and you will have to contact the Financial compensation scheme (FSCS) and complete one of their own forms for each one.
Details below, hope this helps, good luck.
