Has my pc been hacked?

My pc has crashed every day since we changed it to Explorer 9. When it works its dead slow and stop. It freezes a lot since then too. Every single night when I close down it says install updates and shutdown. Updates every day? why? I never had that with explorer 8 every night. The error message says: -
A driver has overrun a stack-based buffer. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this machine. If problems continue disable or remove recently installed hardware or software , disable bios memory caching or shadowing.
technical information :
STOP 0X00000F7 and then four more sets of this type of letter/number combo.
Collecting data fro crash dump .....
Initializing disk for crash dump.....
this has happened 3 times before and twice since I updated my iphone to ios5. Not sure if thats relevant.
Add to this the fact that I had an itunes bill of £87.99 today for an ipod touch in app purchase for a free game called Dragonvale trunk of gems my imagination is that I'm being hacked and my credit card details stolen!
Any ideas on what's going on would be gratefully received as I'm starting to act like my house is bugged!

I'd start by running a complete anti virus check, running a complete malwarebytes scan and changing your itunes password. No reason to suspect IE9 over IE8. I'd also query the bill with Itunes.0
