npower quidco cashback declined

I have just been informed that the £80 cashback shown when I switched to npower via quidco in August has been declined.
Anyone else being treated the same way?

Mine is still showing okay but will monitor it and return here if it's declined also. You must be really naffed off!

I'm having problems with TCB and NPower - mine hasn't tracked at all.

had cashback refused by N Power argued the case, got £40 back. better than nothing. good luck

Did you argue with quidco or npower?

took it up with quidco, they actioned it with n power. if i had an original e mail from n power they would have gone for the £80 but i did'nt, not sure i ever received one.

Contact the npower rep that posts on MSE, they will be able to move things along for you. I don't know anyone that has not had to fight to get the npower cashback!

Hiya,

It might also be worthwhile posting it on the Quidco Questions and answers forum (over on the shop but dont drop). I had a £40 claim declined, (not with n-power) got nowhere with the quidco support, raised it on the Quidco forum, and it was in my bank account within 3 weeks.

Good luck, and I will keep an eye on this one, as I have just switched to n-power!
