npower quidco cashback declined

I have just been informed that the £80 cashback shown when I switched to npower via quidco in August has been declined.
Anyone else being treated the same way?

took it up with quidco, they actioned it with n power. if i had an original e mail from n power they would have gone for the £80 but i did'nt, not sure i ever received one.
  • Contact the npower rep that posts on MSE, they will be able to move things along for you. I don't know anyone that has not had to fight to get the npower cashback!
  • Thanks guys, I have emailed the npower rep and linked them to this thread.....watch this space, I will update when there is any progress.

    Hiya,

It might also be worthwhile posting it on the Quidco Questions and answers forum (over on the shop but dont drop). I had a £40 claim declined, (not with n-power) got nowhere with the quidco support, raised it on the Quidco forum, and it was in my bank account within 3 weeks.

Good luck, and I will keep an eye on this one, as I have just switched to n-power!
