KGB Deal not delivered

Hi all,

I bought a voucher on KGB deals over a month ago for a 'year's supply of greetings cards'. After a few emails back and forth complaining about my cards not being delivered I am now at my wits end with them and need some advice/guidance!!!

It apparently said on the deal (although I didn't see this when buying the voucher) that delivery would take up to 30 days. It has now been 46 days since placing my order.

After my first email complaint I was told to expect it within 30 days but should be dispatched within the next 5-10 days. After the second email compaint I was told they had been dispatched and would arrive within 3 days. After four days I asked them again where my order was and suggested they either add some extra cards to the order as a gesture of good will for the poor customer service received or a full refund if my order cannot be fulfilled. All I got was a reply saying they were passing my email onto their dispatch team and then I receive an email simultaneously from them saying that the item had been dispatched.

Surprise surprise five days later still no delivery!!!

All I want now is a refund and to not have to keep chasing this useless company for my item! :mad: Especially as I can't trust a word they say. Somehow I doubt my item is ever going to arrive.

Any advice, suggestions or guidance would be very much appreciated!

Why do you discount the possibility that they are lost or delayed in transit to you?

Surely, you should just report the cards as not arrived.

I bought a voucher from KGB for a Magic Decanter and was then unable to just pay for the postage of £3.99. as the full amount kept coming up. Therefore, I wrote to KGB explaining the problem and they informed me to get in touch with Aqua Trading. I have done this and get no reply. In fact I have emailed them twice asking for a telephone number so I can ring and pay for the postage over the phone. Got back to KGB explained I was not getting any response from Aqua Trading and have now sent them 3 emails and have received no response. Very annoyed as they have had the £12.99 for the product on the 6th Oct. Last email I have asked for a full refund as cannot waste any more time on this malarky. I presume the next step will be the trading standards office as neither KGB or Aqua Trading are willing to divulge a phone number. Does anyone out there know their telephone number. Thanks

thank you for the free number i will be calling them on monday i ordered 2 sets of the laura ashley towels on kgb they have not arrived as yet it said 7 day dispatch that was 2 weeks ago unless there is a backlog
