Cross Country Trains haven't sent my eticket and I travel tomorrow!
HELP! Booked a ticket through Cross Country trains this afternoon for tomorrow morning. I chose the e-ticket option as there was a charge with the other option. Received an email saying I'd get details "within 2 hours" for the e-ticket, but (although I waited several hours) nothing came through. I rang them (as instructed on the email if the ticket wasn't received) only to get a recorded message saying the office was closed until 8am, which will be too late for me to get the train I'd paid & booked for! ANY ADVICE/IDEAS GRATEFULLY RECEIVED!!

Try checking your spam box in your email account. E tickets often end up in there. Unless your account is set to delete spam on arriving.0

Hi ICT Engineer, thanks for that - I had checked to make sure and it wasn't there. The good news is that my e-tickets did eventually arrive - they were just massively late! At least I managed to get my train though, so no real harm done, although I'm not sure I'd book through them again.0
