Refunds on return postage?

Can someone answer a question for me?
My friend recently placed an order with a well known womens on-line retailer. She received her parcel last week but today decided she didn't want it, it is still unworn. They do have 14 days returns so has no problem sending it back in the time limit. However... She doesn't want to pay to return the item.
The website states:
"Return delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment is faulty."
The company has informed her that they cannot refund the return postage as there is no fault with the item, they have however agreed to a full refund for the item upon receipt of the item. The company also offers free next day delivery so she hasn't paid for outward postage.
Is it right they don't have to refund her return postage?

Why should the company pay for postage both ways when there is no fault and the customer has just changed their mind....?0

If she was informed prior to the contract being concluded (usually delivery) that she would be liable for return postages costs then yes, she has to pay.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Well I don't wanna go to work today, I just want to be paid as normal. However, some things in life are fair.
If she has changed her mind, she pays return, the company pays to have the goods sent to her initially -- seems right to me!0
