Vendor pulling out, 2 weeks from completion, Any advice?

    I'm a big believer in everything happens for a reason, and all this means is there is a MUCH better house out there for you somewhere.

    Good luck with your new search for a house.
    House purchase completed 6th December whole process took 4 months.

  • Yeah my folks keep saying that. I recently lost my Grandmother, So im thinking that she is keeping an eye on us in some way. (Maybe im a bit sad thinking like that, but hey) Like you say, everything happens for a reason, My bet shes spotted a better house and is her only way of letting us know.

    I lost a house after spending on survey etc. I did find a better house on the same development so things happen for a reason. Don`t worry same thing will happen to you. I kept the same solicitor so as to reduce the wasted money.
