    This house is only worth about 60k at the most better houses with a 3rd bedroom and drive have not sold for more than 70k its not in the best area ex council house.. although the areas fine to me I was brought up here LoL .. I wont pay anymore than that..

    Im looking at paying around 55/57k.. My step mum ia a paralegal and does conveyencing (whatever that is!).. but she said she will do all the legal stuff so that should save me something.

    I really do feel thick when it comes to all this.. Spending such a large amount of money with such limited knowledge on the subject is very daunting!

    175k would buy you a 4 bed detached with garage in one of the most beautiful little towns up here lol !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hes getting the valuations done for free.. hopefully jst to get a price.. then we can do a private sale..jst a case of agreeing a price.. me giving him the cash (I CAN BUT DREAM IT WILL BE AS SIMPLE AS THAT!)

    3 shootings in a year.. drug dealers across the road.. at least the other estate agent knew the area!
