Groupon\BodyZorb scam

Hi

Wondered if anybody else had bought a Groupon voucher for BodyZorb UK and been scammed like me and many others I know. Basically, we all bought the voucher from Groupon, booked our experience and then had an email cancelling the session due to 'high demand'. Various emails then came advising to book later, but eventually they put up on their website that they were having problems and would have to suspend all sessions for this year. We were directed to a form to claim the money back, but everybody then got an email either saying, 'you claimed twice' or 'you entered the wrong code'! Now of course, they are uncontactable.

They have a PO box address in Nottingham and the website has 'Phantasia Leisure Group'. Anybody know how we can track them down? Also, can we get a refund from Groupon, who also have yet to respond to our emails.

What is the bet that next year the same people will be back with a different name, though stating the usual, 'We have no connection with BodyZorb UK', operating the same scam. You have been warned!

I had problems with Groupon. As far as I'm concerned they're a bunch of amateurs and I hope they go bust.

I had a similar problem with the "best" boot camp - pretty sure the best bit is supposed to be ironic. I emailed over my voucher and stated the times I was available - everyone got emails saying "due to high demand please wait for us to arrange sessions etc" they extended the validity date of the coupons as so many people bought them, after about 4 months I got fed up and had sent various emails over that time, eventually sent an email saying I was going to cancel the voucer. About half hour later got a text from the guy who runs the boot camp apologising, told him I'd been waiting months and had no replies to any of my emails or voicemails, and had asked groupon for a refund. I got a text back which simply said "thanks". I got groupon credits back and they only last 6 months - thats probably what they'll offer you. I think groupon are rubbish, only bought 2 things off them and had to ask for my money back both times.
