And it is all bad!
I pre-ordered a car back in august. When the expected delivery date arrived I was told it hadn't come off lease yet and the date was moved back by 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, and nunmerous calls from me where I couldn't get to speak to the person dealing with my purchase, I was told the car is not for sale due to accidant damage. 2 weeks after that and I still haven't had my £100 deposit refunded. Not once have they returned any of my calls, and the last person I spoke to was quite rude and insisted my refund had been processed over a week ago. Well it's not in my bank account yet, that's for sure, and I've had no formal confirmation that the purchase is cancelled.
Does anyone have a postal address for them? I want to write demanding a refund prior to making a small claims to get my deposit back. The website only has a telephone number!
