Removing Babylon

After downloading some software recommended on this site to my business partner's machine, I seem to have landed him with Babylon. It appears in Internet Explorer and Firefox and is annoying him intensely.
MOST annoyingly, I can't remove it. There is lots on the internet about this thing "sticking" to your machine - that seems ludicrous, but it is sticking to his.
Any thoughts on removing it please? STraight forward thoughts. I have found some very complicated solutions online but to be honest, I'm loathe to mess any more in case I do more damage!

Took a look at the program using my SandBox. Didn't see anything resembling Babylon.
Perhaps you clicked on the wrong thing.0
