A rant a day...

...doesn't help my lack of water pressure!! :(

I called Severn Trent yesterday as we seem to be having some issues with the pressure in our house. I was told to try and clear any air locks from the stop tap and that they would phone me in the morning. Great...

...until now, when it's nearly 3.30pm and I've not heard any thing from them.

So, I've called them... called the same number that I phoned yesterday, pressed option 2 as I already have a reference number, to then be put through to a pre-recorded message telling me that they are aware of a problem and that they are currently looking into it!! Errrm... really??? How, at this stage of a phone call, can anyone know where I am, who I am or what my 'problem' is??

Grrrrrr..... :rotfl: Bloomin' customer services!!!
