Thanks for providing that rock solid piece of information.0 -
Love Hamish's editing of the article.
Theres 2 paragraphs before he starts quoting. These be them...
Well done Hamish. Soon you'll simply be posting articles than mention the word "risen" and simply quoting the singular word, what with your ever increasing editing skills, even if it does have "haven't" in front of it.Average property values in Britain have fallen £7,527 over the last year and now stand at £219,243, property portal Zoopla has said.
House prices in England have fallen by an average of £8,320 (£22.80 per day) to £226,788, down 3.54% from one year ago, while in Wales average house prices have fallen by a more modest 1.73% (£2,695) to a current average of £153,043.0 -

Perhaps you find maths difficult graham. But I guess most forum members could work out 3.5% of their house value.Other than that, it reckons England down 3.5% and Wales down 1.7%.If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

Everyones house in England priced at the average in your desperate little world?
Again, the vast majority of forum members will be aware the 3.5% is an average and not every single house in the country has fallen in price by precisely 3.5%.If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

You appear to be disagreeing with yourself now?
I've never mentioned 3.5%. You did. You took issue to me posting the monetry value and suggested my maths was poor, simply because I quoted the part of an article you don't like, and now you are taking issue with the 3.5% YOU posted.
What's up fella?0 -
I live in the South East and property is selling fast, very fast.
Prices are firming up and the % of asking achieved is rising.
Add this to the retail sales up and it looks like the bottom is past .... it may be a long drag upwards, but - it does look upwards.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
