Retract negative credit record

Hi,

Lloyds TSB made an error on my account which caused my account to go £5 into overdraft. They acknowledged it was their error, reversed the fees and gave me a £10 credit as an apology. In the meantime (it took 5 months to resolve) they reported the £5 overdraft as a negative on my Credit Sore.

My Credit Score has now fallen significantly and is now badly affecting my ability in a current application I am making to another bank.

I have asked Lloyds TSB to retract the negative report. They have failed to do this.

It would be great if someone could help explain to me how I get Lloyds TSB to retract this negative mark on my credit score.

Thank you,
