Urgent Advice Needed on CCJ, AOE, Mortgage Arrears

To cut a long story short, I am now a single mother, reliant soley upon my own income.
I have the following arrears/priority debts
Mortgage £493 per month with a suspended possession of £150 per month.
Water Rates £1700 arrears with a suspended AOE for £250 per month.
Council Tax £1900 awaiting an AOE order.
FLM Loans £4100 arrears with a suspended AOE for £200 per month.
I also have to pay Childminder, Gas, Electric, TVLA, Travel, Food.
I believe I have not filled the forms in correctly as on none of the suspended AOE take into account any other AOE or the suspended possession order and I physically cannot afford to pay what I am expected too.
Does anyone know if I can have a consolidated AOE for the Water, Council Tax and Loan? If so how much would it be?
How do they work out the protected income amount?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do. I am in such a mess and really do not want to lose my property or go bankrupt I just want to find away of paying my debt so that I can move on.
Thanks in advance.

You need to complete a statement of affairs (sticky at the top of the board). We can then try to see where you can decrease your normal living expenses. If you still can't manage the repayments a debt management plan (DMP) is the first option, so calling someone like CCCS or payplan to discuss your options might be helpful.:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. How much you pay for attachment of earnings very much depends on how much you earn. So its very difficult for anyone to comment on whether you are paying more than is correct without knowing your income. As you say you cannot afford all your repayments and you basic living costs then it does sounds like you need to change something. Posting a statement of affairs might help people advise you better.
Have you had some proper advice from one of the debt charities about how realistic it is going to be for you to pay off your arrears and keep the house?
There is such a thing as a consolidated attachment of earnings which you can request to pay back any debts with AOE or CCJs but without AOEs - that might be something worth considering and seeking advice on.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Antonia1 thanks for the reply but this does not help with the AOE questions. I have already decreased my living expenses. I really want advise on AOE and what the Protected Earnings Rate is and what is the best way to handle them.0 -

Thanks, I thought I had listed my income which is £1535 per momth. I really just want to know what the protected earnings rate is and how a consolidated AOE works. It would make no sense to lose my house as my mortgage is cheaper than rental and even with housing benefit on a private rental I would still be in the same situation as I have no equity to clear mortgage arrears or any other debts.0 -
The court will work out your protected earnings rate based on your outgoings and the minimum it assesses you need to live on. They will calculate this based on what you enter on the consolidated AOE form. They will allow you enough to pay your childcare and basic living costs but there won't be room for luxuries etc.
I don't know how they will factor in the £150 suspended possession order, maybe seek some advice from national debtline or one of the other debt charities for clarification on this.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
