Is there currently a credit card out which does free travel insurance??

    MBNA travel Amex, comes with an annual fee though

    Conran card has free travel insurance,which is serviced by Mbna and no fee.

    Think you'll find it doesnt, it has lost luggage, travel inconvenience and travelling insurance (e.g. only whilst on plane/train etc) which is standard for all MBNA cards, but doesnt come with travel insurance.

    Most the policies I have seen have very much been left wanting and unless you have decent home insurance etc to make up the shortfall you really would be advised to buy separate travel insurance on top.

    I was surprised however that the "free" travel insurance I get with my Natwest current account was actually worth the paper it is written on.
